Well, I recently got a DA account (ColorOfInfinity.Deviantart.com) and am possibly regreting it.
So, the first day I sign up (yesterday), I almost get a virus (Luckily ol' Norton was updated recently, so it was prevented) and I'm not sure if I like what I see:
-DA seems to be all about the money. They bombard you with adds, try to sell you everything and you have to buy things that should be free (almost all of the payed privileges on DA are free here).
-There are many more users, so there are really, really good artists, but Sheezy seems to have a more user-friendly community (of course, you can't escape some things, but people here seem much friendlier).
I'm just not quite sure if the switch was a good one and need a second opinion from DA users.
Any comments or suggestions?
